Please take notice that the Village of Cedarville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following application:

Applicant: Matt Sheridan, Sheridan's LLC

For: The review of text amendment requests based on the proposed concept of a Convenience and Service Station within the Village Business District. Items identified to be non-compliant, being that Service Station is not a permitted use within the Village Business District but is a Permitted use in Light Industrial.

Date and Time: Friday, March 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Place: Cedarville Village Hall 64 N Main St, Cedarville, OH 45314 (New Location)
